  • Did the tech due diligence part in several company acquisitions.
  • Hired and managed high performing teams in different sectors (HR, Healthcare, Food, Fintech) and technologies (Mobile (Android/KMP, React Native, Flutter), Front (React, Vue Svelte), Back (Node.js, Rails, Django, Symfony etc).
  • Pushed LLM based features to production, with result evaluation and cost tracking.

I started as an Android engineer and moved into leading teams: engineering manager, Director of Engineering, then CTO of an early-stage company. I stay close to the code and to the people writing it.

Xiao Mao (小猫) means “little cat” in Mandarin.
